This policy explains what data makeden.app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, business name), the knowledge you upload to train your assistant, and the conversations your customers have with it across connected channels. We also collect basic usage data to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
To run your AI receptionist: answer your customers from your own information, route escalations to you, and show conversation history in your dashboard. We do not sell your data or use your business's content to train models for anyone else.
Who we share it with
Only the subprocessors needed to operate the service — cloud hosting, AI model providers and messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp or Telegram) that deliver your conversations. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export or delete your business's data at any time from settings, or by contacting us; deletion removes conversations, knowledge sources and account details.
