These terms govern your use of makeden.app. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
makeden.app provides an AI assistant that answers your customers’ messages using the information you supply. Plans and limits are listed on the pricing page.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload and for using the service lawfully — including obtaining any consents required to message your customers. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account.
Billing and free allowance
Every new account starts on a 7-day trial with 300 messages included; no card is required. When the trial ends or the messages run out, the assistant stops replying until a package is credited.
AI disclaimer and liability
The assistant answers only from your content, but AI can still make mistakes. Review important conversations and keep a human available for escalations. The service is provided 'as is'; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel at any time; your data can be exported before deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger the platform, notifying you when we do.
