What the price includes

We put the whole sum on the shop window. Compare it with what you see elsewhere.

We do not count channels: WhatsApp, Telegram and the website chat all come with the plan. A second channel does not cost twice as much.
The AI is paid for per reply: The fee covers the platform itself; the assistant's replies are paid for separately — 4 ₸ a reply, in packs. The calculator shows the monthly total in advance, and the choice is yours.
No setup fee: Connecting takes about five minutes and you do it from the dashboard: give us your site or upload a price list, scan a QR code. There is no separate invoice for setup.
Nothing is locked in: Paid monthly, no year up front. If you leave, you take your knowledge base and conversations with you.

Will the assistant make things up?

No. It answers only from the information you add — your website, documents and written answers. If something isn't there, it says so and offers to connect a human. It never invents prices or availability.

Which languages does it speak?

Your assistant detects the customer's language and replies in it — eleven languages today, including Russian, Kazakh and English, and the list keeps growing.

What happens when it can't help?

The conversation is escalated to you immediately. You get a notification, the AI pauses, and you reply from the same inbox — the customer never has to repeat themselves.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Give us your website address or upload your price list, scan the WhatsApp QR code — and the assistant is answering.

What happens after the free week?

Nothing gets charged — we don't ask for a card at sign-up. If you like it, you pay for a month of the platform, and every paid month brings 1,000 assistant replies; if you need more, you top up with a pack. If not, the assistant stops, and your knowledge base and conversations stay yours.
